Phoenix San-Man has been producing quality aggregates in the Phoenix market since 1996. We are currently operating at five independent locations whereby we can offer valley wide delivery of material.

From its conception it has maintained three main objectives to provide quality material and service to its customer base.

The first and most important objective of our company is employing only highly qualified and experienced personnel. Effective communication practices with the desire to expand their knowledge. Phoenix San-Man ownership believes that the ‘Folks’ make the difference.

Second to our employees is providing state of the art equipment to promote efficient operations in effort to control production cost. We believe controlling cost allows us to maintain profitability while extending competitive pricing to our customers.

Finally, It has been the objective of Phoenix San-Man to secure long term reserves through land leases and acquisitions that allow us to produce aggregates long into the future. River bottom resources are becoming harder to come by and Phoenix San-man has been very successful in identifying key locations for future development.
